LCSW — Clinical Social Worker
Mollie provides therapy for adolescents, adults, and couples using Gottman method, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness. She has experience supporting survivors of intimate partner violence, child abuse, and sexual assault. She believes therapy can be both challenging and rewarding.

Myrna provides therapy in English and Spanish for adolescents and adults. She specializes in CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, and person-centered therapy. Myrna also conducts Immigration Mental Health Evaluations for hardship waivers, VAWA, asylum, and U-Visa cases.

Amanda specializes in providing therapeutic services to children and their families. She is experienced in outpatient and preschool Therapeutic Day Treatment settings and brings warmth and creativity to her work with young clients.

Do you offer Spanish-language therapy?
Yes. Myrna Young provides therapy in both English and Spanish. She also conducts Immigration Mental Health Evaluations in Spanish for immigration cases.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first session is about getting to know you. Your therapist will ask about what brought you in, your history, and what you're hoping to work on. There's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with.
Do you work with children?
Yes. Amanda Mitzel specializes in children's therapy including play therapy and therapeutic day treatment. Amanda's caseload is currently full, but you can join our waitlist by contacting the office.
Do you offer couples counseling?
Yes. Mollie Kenerson provides couples therapy using the Gottman method, which is one of the most researched and effective approaches to relationship counseling.
What is an Immigration Mental Health Evaluation?
An immigration evaluation is a clinical assessment used to support immigration cases including hardship waivers, VAWA claims, asylum, and U-Visa applications. Conducted by Myrna Young in English or Spanish. An immigration attorney's referral is recommended.
